Make Embroidered bunting Workshop 2023

Make your own Embroidered bunting workshop! 

This workshop will be held at Brighton Sewing Centre on

Sundays -

• 10th September 2023
• 8th October 2023
• 12th November 2023

2pm - 4:30PM

Come along and learn about computerised machine embroidery. All are welcome even without prior embroidery experience, but sewing using a sewing machine experience would be a bonus so you can finish your project in the time available.

We will be designing our bunting using the Brother PE Design 11 software using templates that we have developed. You will be introduced to techniques you can use to create your own designs if you’re using the software already. 

If you have your own embroidery software and computer you’re welcome to bring it and work on your own computer.

Next we will be stitching out the letters on Brother embroidery machines that we have at the studio. There is a large selection of threads and fabrics to choose from and all materials and equipment are supplied. 

Our aim is for everyone to finish sewing their bunting during the session so you have a finished product to take away but we’re all going to work at our own pace and have a relaxing and creative Sunday afternoon.

After you book we will email more details about the day and detailed directions to the studio in case you haven’t been before. 

You’re welcome to come to all the classes and make different bunting each time. I recommend starting with Happy Birthday but there’s always, Halloween, Christmas and New babies to consider!
